The Knights of St. Michael’s will be hosting our semiannual Garage Sale to benefit the Parish and our other worthy ministries.
Our Garage Sale will be held on Sunday, May 28th here at St. Michael’s outside in the South Parking lot (weather permitting), the old youth room, and Curran Hall. The garage sale will be from 9 AM until 2 PM.
Come out and find a bargain, or two, and help us build up our Parish!
We depend on you, the parishioners of St. Michael’s, to make this a success. This is an excellent time to get rid of some of that extra stuff and get ready for summer! If you have any items that you would like to donate to us for this garage sale please drop them off Saturday, May 27th between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM or Sunday, the 28th before the 8:30 mass. We will not be accepting mattresses, large furniture, bulky TVs (this include back-screen) or monitors, baby seats, or other safety type of equipment this year, we are sorry for the inconvenience. We request that only items that can be carried by a single individual be donated. Items that are left over will be donated to a local charity so we promise that nothing will be wasted.
We will also be sponsoring a brown bag special during the Saturday mass and the 10:30 & 12:30 masses on Sunday. For only $5 you get a drink, chips, and some Holy Smokers meat – your choice of a pulled pork sandwich or a chopped beef sandwich. For $10 you get 2 brown bag specials plus an extra sandwich of your choice.
If you cannot buy or donate anything, there is still one more thing we would ask of you… your prayers for an increase in vocations, an end to abortion, and the success of this event would be greatly appreciated!!!
